Uodate, The company reached out after my review saying someone would be calling me about the service I recieved. Shocking I never recieved a phone call. "Overpromise and underdeliver” should be their motto. I’ve now had the unfortunate pleasure of sitting in their waiting room twice,both times with an appointment,for over an hour just to have a single tire replaced. A little over two weeks ago, I called and ordered a tire. When I received the receipt, I noticed they had ordered the wrong tire. I immediately called back, and they canceled that order and placed an order for the correct tire. I was told it would take about three days to arrive. Surprisingly, they called me later that same day to say the tire was in. I specifically asked, “Are you sure it’s the correct tire?” I was assured that it was. I brought my car in and waited two hours, only to discover that they had installed the wrong tire. There was no apology or real acknowledgment of the mistake. I was simply told that the correct tire was still coming and that it was safe to drive on the one they had installed in the meantime. A few days passed with no update, so I called the following Monday. I was told the tire was comi

I took an appt for 12noon for a tire balance. I did not leave until 1:10pm. The work itself on my car was about 10 mins. I am not understanding the reason for taking an appt. The technicians themselves were friendly. I realize that this is a free service but having respect for a customer’s time would be very much appreciated. To note i used Discount tire to replace my tires a few months ago.

I have been coming to discount tire for 20yrs and they have never disappointed me. They provide great service and great products for low prices. I have lived in many towns for those 20yrs and the business is ran the same at all stores. Thank you for providing tires for all my vehicles with the best price!

Very impressed by my visit today. Arrived with a line to the counter, staff engaged with every customer to let them know that they will be taken care of as soon as possible. Advisor who took care of me was very courteous as he shared his initial tire inspection. Staff in the shop worked as a team and were moving through jobs at a quick pace. Once my vehicle was pulled in, a member of the staff came in to the waiting area to confirm what service I was getting and if there were any problems that the vehicle may have. Service was completed quickly and I was on my way. Once again, very impressed. Well done team.

I like the way that staff go out of their way to help and explain to you what is going on. They repair your tires for free even if you bought them somewhere else. They also put air in your tires for free. I have been recommending them for several years now.
